Welcome to Northminster!
Northminster Presbyterian Church (USA) has been a presence in the Broad Ripple community for over 75 years.
We are an open, welcoming, inclusive community of faith committed to service to and partnership with our neighbors. Since our beginning, mission, worship, education, and music have been hallmarks of Northminster Presbyterian Church.
People from all backgrounds are invited to join us on our journey. We are not a church with all the answers but we welcome all the questions and will wrestle with them together.
We believe we are called to seek where God might be revealed in our lives each day, to serve the world around us, and to embrace one another with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.
We are old and young, liberal and conservative, and represent many different cultures and traditions. We come by ourselves, with our spouses, our partners, our children, or our parents. You are always welcome to join this growing fellowship of faith on our journey. We welcome you for a day or for a lifetime.
If you have any questions about Northminster, please don't hesitate to call one of our pastors at (317) 251-9489. We pray that you will discover God's presence among us.

Yes! We live stream almost every service throughout the year which can be found here or at the top of the page by hitting "Live Stream". An online bulletin is available with hymnal music as well as a digital pew pad if you'd like to say hello.
Our live stream can also be found on our Facebook page and YouTube where you can interact live with other viewers.
What Does Sunday Worship Look Like?
A typical worship service at NPC consists of prayers, hymns, children's time, scripture readings, and a sermon which usually runs about 15 minutes. The bulletin (or order of worship) is available in printed form from our ushers upon entering. Times when the congregation is invited to respond are highlighted and bolded in the bulletin. If you'd like to view a previous bulletin that best represents a typical Sunday, click here.
If you're interested in viewing previous sermons, visit our YouTube page or click the link below.
What Should I Wear?
Come as you are! We don't require any specific dress code but business casual is a common starting point.
Am I Allowed to Take Communion?
Just as Christ taught us, all are welcome at the table. Presbyterians believe in "open communion" and that communion “is not a right bestowed upon the worthy, but a privilege given to the undeserving who come in faith, repentance, and love.” Communion is offered on the first Sunday of the month.
Is Sunday School Available for Children?
Yes! Childcare is available for all children and is located on the north side of the church.
How Else Can I Get Involved?
Our events page is a great resource to see upcoming events through the church. If you'd like more information on any event or if you'd like to learn more about becoming a member of NPC, please contact .
We also offer a number of classes and small groups including men's bible study, Wednesday night dinners, "Northminster Reads" book group, "Northminster Presents" speaker series, and more!
